El presupuesto que recomendará la administración del gobernador Ricardo Rosselló Nevares para el año fiscal 2020 responderá a las necesidades de servicios gubernamentales y no necesariamente se limitará a los $8,020 millones que la Junta de Supervisión Fiscal (JSF) impuso como tope para los gastos en una carta divulgada el miércoles, informó el director ejecutivo de la Autoridad de Asesoría Financiera y Agencia Fiscal (Aafaf), Christian Sobrino.
